Buddy the Bald Eagle - 2024 Viognier

This special holiday label has been created in honor of Buddy, the Bald Eagle, to raise money for the Wildlife Center of Virginia. Founded in 1982, the Wildlife Center of Virginia is an internationally recognized teaching hospital for wildlife medicine and clinical research. Since its founding, the Center has treated more than 100,000 wild animal patients.

The 2024 Viognier is light and aromatic. Delicate notes of honeysuckle, jasmine, and stone fruit are present on the nose. Our 2024 Viognier pairs well with a wide range of dishes from seafood including grilled shrimp and scallops to poultry and pork. It is quite versatile and is a nice compliment to spicy dishes as well as creamy dishes. It also pairs nicely with many vegetarian dishes like a summer zucchini risotto and much more.
