Jake Busching 2017 Tannat

This wine was grown at Honah Lee Vineyard in Orange County, Virginia at 800' in elevation. 100% varietal and fully extracted in fermetation for 5 weeks. The wine was aged in both neutral and new barrels for 20 months and included 15% Minnesota oak. This Tannat was bottle aged for 4 years.
